In the documentary film Le Steakhouse, we follow the adventures of Hugues Dufour, former sous-chef to Martin Picard, while he plans the opening of a larger than life restaurant in Queens, New York. The project, which was supposed to take two months, ended up taking two years, but was well worth the wait. The M. Wells Steakhouse is now open, and the team that made the film was there to witness every snafu and triumph along the way.
